中西医结合皮肤病学教学中CBL和O2O混合式教学方法的有效性研究

摘要：目的 分析在中西医结合皮肤病学教学中，应用以案例为中心（CBL）的教学法和线上线下（O2O）混合式教学方法的有效性。方法 选取40名实习生、规培生、进修生，均于2022 年6 月至2025 年6 月在广州市天河区中医医院接受临床理论学习，经随机数字表法将其分成两组，对照组与研究组各20 例；其中对照组应用传统教学法开展中西医结合皮肤病学教学，研究组则选择CBL 和O2O 混合式教学方法开展中西医结合皮肤病学教学，对两组的教学质量进行分析比较。结果 与对照组相比，研究组的理论知识成绩、实践操作技能成绩均更高（P ＜ 0.05）。与对照组相比，研究组的组织技能、沟通技巧、临床判断、人文关怀、体格检查、病史询问、整体表现等临床诊治能力评分均更高（P ＜ 0.05）。与对照组相比，研究组的课堂学习氛围、与教师及同学的交流学习、理论知识的运用及理解、上课的主动性及兴趣等评分均更高（P＜0.05）。结论 在中西医结合皮肤病学教学中，应用CBL和O2O混合式教学方法能让学员积极性及兴趣得以充分激发，让其学习效率显著提高，而且能对学员进行更好引导，让教学活动的整体质量及效率明显提升。

Effectiveness of Case-Based Learning (CBL) and Online-to-Offline(O2O) Blended Teaching Methods in Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine Dermatology Education

Abstract：Objective To analyse the effectiveness of case-based learning (CBL) and online-to-offline (O2O) blended teaching methods in the teaching of integrative Chinese and Western medicine dermatology.Methods Forty interns and resident trainees who underwent clinical theoretical training at Guangzhou Tianhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2025 were selected. Using a random number table, they were divided into two groups of 20 each: a control group and a study group. The control group received traditional teaching methods in integrative Chinese and Western medicine dermatology, while the study group received CBL and O2O blended teaching methods. The teaching quality of the two groups was analysed and compared.Results Compared with the control group, the study group achieved significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge and practical skills (P<0.05). The study group also scored significantly higher in various clinical diagnosis and treatment competencies, including organisational skills, communication skills, clinical judgment, humanistic care, physical examination, history taking, and overall performance (P<0.05). Furthermore, the study group obtained significantly higher ratings in classroom learning atmosphere, interactions with teachers and classmates, application and comprehension of theoretical knowledge, and class engagement and interest (P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of integrative Chinese and Western medicine dermatology, the application of CBL and O2O blended teaching methods can fully stimulate students’ enthusiasm and interest, significantly improve their learning efficiency, and provide better guidance to students, thereby markedly improving the overall quality and efficiency of teaching activities.
