高校大学生的生命教育对人生意义的影响及研究

摘要：目的 探讨某高校大学生生命教育对人生意义的影响，明确影响因素，以促进大学生的健康成长。方法 采用随机抽样方法，2022年1月到2023年1月选择某高校大学生320例作为研究对象，调查大学生的一般资料、生命教育需求、死亡态度描绘、人生意义状况并进行多因素分析。结果 在320例大学生中，生命教育需求量表评分与死亡态度描绘评分32.82±1.39分和114.27±2.52 分，不同生命教育需求量表评分、死亡态度描绘评分、自觉目前心里状况、自觉目前生理状况、有经历过亲人死亡事件、家庭有成员罹患重病等大学生的人生意义评分对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。多因素逐步回归方法分析结果显示生命教育需求量表评分、死亡态度描绘评分、自觉目前心理状况、自觉目前生理状况、有经历过亲人死亡事件、家庭有成员罹患重病为影响大学生人生意义的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论 某高校大学生对于生命教育的需求较多，死亡态度描绘不足，开展大学生生命教育可影响人生意义，也可为现代教育理论体系提供理论支撑。

Abstract：Objective This paper discusses the influence of life education on the meaning of life of college students in a university, and clarifies the influencing factors to promote the healthy growth of college students.Methods A random sampling method was used to select 320 college students from January 2022 to January 2023 as the research object. The general data, life education needs, death attitude description, life meaning status of college students were investigated and multivariate analysis was carried out. Results Among 320 college students, the scores of life education demand scale and death attitude description were 32.82 ± 1.39 and 114.27 ± 2.52, respectively.There were significant differences in the scores of life education demand scale, death attitude description, self-conscious current psychological status, self-conscious current physiological status, experience of death of relatives, and severe illness of family members ( P < 0.05 ). The results of multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that the score of life education demand scale, the score of death attitude description, the current psychological status, the current physiological status, the death of relatives, and the serious illness of family members were the important factors affecting the meaning of life of college students ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusions College students in a university have more demand for life education and less description of death attitude. Carrying out life education for college students can affect the meaning of life and provide theoretical support for the theoretical system of modern education.
