山东省红色文化资源融入大学生心理健康教育的现状及路径研究

摘要：红色文化是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分，山东省作为革命老区，拥有丰富的红色文化资源。当代大学生受西方文化思潮和互联网的影响，其心理健康状况在自我认知、情绪管理、适应能力、人际关系、学习压力、休闲娱乐、价值观和人生观、家庭因素等方面呈现多元态势。因此，通过传承和发扬红色文化资源，帮助大学生强化理想信念，增强心理韧性、培养积极心态，促进心理调适、提升道德素养，增强社会责任感、激发创新精神，促进自我成长、弘扬正能量，提高心理免疫力具有重要意义。因此，本文旨在探究山东省红色文化资源融入大学生心理健康教育的路径与对策，对于提高大学生的爱国主义情怀、传承好红色文化、提升大学生心理素质具有重要意义。

Research on the Current Situation and Pathways of Integrating Red Culture Resources in Shandong Province into University Students’Mental Health Education

Abstract：Red culture is a vital component of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. Shandong Province, as an old rev-olutionary
base area, possesses abundant red culture resources. Influenced by Western cultural trends and the internet, the mental health status of contemporary university students presents a multifaceted landscape in areas such as self-cognition, emotion management, adaptability, interpersonal relationships, academic pressure, leisure and entertainment, values and outlook on life, and family factors. Therefore, inheriting and promoting red culture resources is of significant importance for helping university students strengthen their ideals and beliefs, enhance psychological resilience, cultivate a positive mindset, promote psycholog-ical
adjustment, elevate moral literacy, increase social responsibility, stimulate innovative spirit, foster self-growth, and boost psychological immunity by propagating positive energy. Consequently, this paper aims to explore the pathways and strategies for integrating Shandong?s red culture resources into university students? mental health education, which holds great significance for deepening their patriotic sentiments, effectively transmitting red culture, and improving their psychological well-being.
