如何做好传统图书馆向数字化图书馆转型时期的图书馆工作

摘要：随着信息技术的飞速发展，数字化浪潮席卷全球，传统图书馆正面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。如何顺应时代发展，实现从传统图书馆向数字化图书馆的成功转型，是当前图书馆界面临的重要课题。本文首先分析了数字化转型背景下传统图书馆所面临的挑战与机遇，探讨了数字化转型时期图书馆工作的重点领域，并结合国内外图书馆数字化转型的实践案例，提出了数字化转型时期图书馆工作的策略与建议，旨在为图书馆在数字化转型过程中提供参考和借鉴，助力其更好地适应时代发展，提升服务能力，满足读者日益增长的信息需求。

Effective Management of Library Services during the Transition from Traditional to Digital Libraries

Abstract：With the rapid advancement of information technology, the wave of digitization is sweeping across the globe, pre-senting
unprecedented challenges and opportunities for traditional libraries. How to adapt to the evolving times and successfully transform from traditional libraries into digital libraries is a critical issue currently facing the library community. This paper first analyzes the challenges and opportunities traditional libraries face in the context of digital transformation, explores key areas of library work during this period, and proposes strategies and recommendations for library operations in the digital transformation era. Drawing on practical cases of digital transformation in libraries both domestically and internationally, the study aims to pro-vide
references and insights for libraries in their digital transformation journey, helping them better adapt to the times, enhance service capabilities, and meet the growing information demands of readers.
