全要素外科模拟手术教学对实习医生操作能力及临床思维能力的提升作用分析

摘要：目的 分析全要素外科模拟手术教学对实习医生操作能力及临床思维能力的提升作用。方法 抽取2024年6月~2025年4月我校教学医院外科相关科室实习医生40名，按照不同教学方式分为各20例的两组，对比传统教学法（对照组）与全要素外科模拟手术教学（观察组）的教学效果。结果 观察组各项临床技能操作考核成绩、临床思维能力评分及教学满意度均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 手术教学中对实习医生进行全要素外科模拟手术教学，可以培养实习生临床思维能力，提高临床操作能力，达到实习生更高的教学满意度。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the enhancing effect of comprehensive surgical simulation training on the operational skills and clinical thinking abilities of intern doctors.Methods Forty intern doctors from surgical departments in our university’s teaching hospitals between June 2024 and April 2025 were selected and divided into two groups of 20 each based on different teaching methods. The teaching outcomes of the traditional teaching method (control group) and the comprehensive surgical simulation training (observation group) were compared.Results The assessment scores for various clinical skills, clinical think-ing
ability ratings, and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing comprehensive surgical simulation training for intern doctors in surgical teaching can cultivate their clinical thinking ability, improve their clinical operational skills, and achieve higher teaching satisfaction among interns.
