项目式学习在医护类高职财经素养与“双创”教育融合中的应用研究

摘要：本文以广西医护类高职为研究对象，发现项目式学习在融合应用中存在系列问题，其深层原因在于融合逻辑认知不足、教师培训缺失、院校资源投入不够、传统评价思维束缚。基于此，从设计场景化项目、培训教师能力、建校企资源池、构双维评价体系四个维度提出优化路径，为医护类高职提升融合教育质量、培养适配行业需求的人才提供实践参考，助力广西医疗健康领域创新发展。

Abstract：This article takes Guangxi medical and nursing vocational colleges as the research object, and finds that proj-ect-based
learning has a series of problems in the integration application. The underlying reasons are insufficient integration log-ic
cognition, lack of teacher training, insufficient investment of college resources, and traditional evaluation thinking constraints. Based on this, an optimization path is proposed from four dimensions: designing scenario based projects, training teacher capa-bilities,
building school enterprise resource pools, and constructing a dual dimensional evaluation system. This provides practical reference for improving the quality of integrated education in medical and nursing vocational colleges, cultivating talents that meet industry needs, and helping to promote innovative development in the medical and health field in Guangxi.
