探究民办高职院校数字图书馆信息资源管理的问题和对策

摘要：本文以曲阜远东职业技术学院数字图书馆信息资源管理为研究对象，阐述了数字图书馆信息资源管理的重要性及难度性，分析了现阶段民办高职院校数字图书馆信息资源管理中存在的共性问题，提出了一系列切实可行的对策，包括加强资源建设、优化资源整合、提升信息服务水平、建立健全管理制度、加强队伍建设等，旨在为民办高职院校数字图书馆信息资源管理提供参考。展望了未来民办高职院校数字图书馆信息资源管理的发展趋势。

Abstract: This article takes the digital library information resource management of Qufu Far East Vocational and Technical Col-legeas the research object, expounds the importance and difffculty of digital library information resource management, analyzes the common problems in the current digital library information resource management of private vocational colleges, and propos-esa series of practical and feasible countermeasures, including strengthening resource construction, optimizing resource inte-gration,improving information service level, establishing and improving management system, strengthening team building, etc., aiming to provide reference for the digital library information resource management of private vocational colleges. Explored the development trend of information resource management in digital libraries of private vocational colleges in the future.
