大学生社交恐惧改善的团体辅导策略设计与实施路径

摘要:社交恐惧作为大学生群体中常见的心理适应问题,显著影响其学业发展、人际关系与心理健康。团体辅导凭借互动性、支持性与实践性优势,成为改善社交恐惧的有效干预方式。本文基于认知行为理论与团体动力学原理,结合大学生社交恐惧的表现特征(如认知偏差、行为回避、情绪焦虑),设计“认知重构行为训练情感支持”三位一体的团体辅导策略,提出“评估干预巩固”三阶段实施路径,并通过案例验证其有效性。研究旨在为高校心理健康教育提供可操作的团体辅导方案,助力大学生克服社交恐惧,提升社会适应能力。

Design and Implementation Path of Group Counseling Strategies for Improving Social Anxiety among College Students

Abstract: Social anxiety, as a common psychological adaptation problem among college students, signiffcantly affects their aca-demicdevelopment, interpersonal relationships, and mental health. Group counseling, with its interactive, supportive, and prac-ticaladvantages, has become an effective intervention for improving social anxiety. This article is based on cognitive behavior theory and group dynamics principles, combined with the performance characteristics of social anxiety among college students (such as cognitive bias, behavioral avoidance, and emotional anxiety), to design a three in one group counseling strategy of "cognitive reconstruction behavior training and emotional support", propose a three-stage implementation path of "evaluation in-terventionconsolidation", and verify its effectiveness through case studies. The research aims to provide actionable group coun-selingprograms for mental health education in universities, helping college students overcome social anxiety and enhance their social adaptability.
