| 摘要：近年来，高校大学生群体中存在焦虑、情绪不稳定、学习和就业压力大的困境，他们都有自己的价值观见解，全面关心学生的身心健康、以学生全面发展为本，培养学生有抵抗挫折和压力的能力，是高校辅导员要重思考的方向。同时，辅导员是开展思想政治教育的骨干力量，做好学生人生价值观的引路人，更需要做好学生成长成才的人生导师和健康生活的知心朋友。 |

| Abstract：Owing to the pandemic,college students are in the plights of anxiety and emotional liability . They are even under great pressure on their study and job employment. It’s college counselors who should take good care of students’ body and mind and guide students to deal with the setbacks and the pressure.At the same time,college counselors also play the roles as students’ tutor and soul mates on setting up the correct philosophy of life. |
