肿瘤治疗学“金课”建设路径研究与实践

摘要:目的 打造“金课”已成为各门学科课程建设的总体目标,是当前各高校提高本科教学质量的重中之重和攻坚内容,探索本学科“金课”建设路径逐渐成为迫切的需求。方法 以肿瘤治疗学为例,以当下如火如荼的线上教育为切入点,围绕“两性一度”的课程建设总体指标,以2019级临床专业十个班级学生进行线上教育中期随堂测试成绩对比分析。结果 传统组随堂测试成绩:(86.63±1.32)分;对照组随堂测试成绩:(91.36±1.31)分。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查发现,试验组在学习兴趣、学习主动性、分析问题能力、临床实践能力、理论知识掌握、师生交流及满意度方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 结合肿瘤治疗学课程自身特点和创新型教学改革模式,不断利用网络新技、新手段将情景案例+问题导向教学将情景案例+问题导向教学、互动讨论+思维导图教学逐步应用到雨课堂+腾讯会议教学当中,为了进一步适应线上教学要求,教师要汇集优势资源、整合课程内容、优化教学方案,提高教学质量、效果,为打造肿瘤治疗学“金课”建设提供路径。

Research and practice on the construction path of "golden course" in tumor therapy

Abstract: Objective Building “golden courses” has become the overall goal of curriculum construction in various disci-plines,and is currently the top priority and key content for universities to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching. Explor-ingthe path of “golden course” construction in this discipline has gradually become an urgent need. Methods Taking tumor therapy as an example, taking the current booming online education as the starting point, focusing on the overall indicator of “one degree for both sexes” curriculum construction, a comparative analysis of mid-term in class test results of online education was conducted among ten classes of clinical majors in 2019. Results Traditional group in class test score: (86.63 ± 1.32) points; Comparison group’s in class test score: (91.36 ± 1.31) points. The difference was statistically signiffcant (P<0.05). Through a questionnaire survey, it was found that the experimental group was signiffcantly better than the control group in terms of learn-inginterest, learning initiative, problem-solving ability, clinical practice ability, theoretical knowledge mastery, teacher-student communication, and satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion Based on the characteristics of the tumor therapy course and innovative teaching reform models, we continuously utilize new network technologies and methods to apply scenario case+problem ori-entedteaching, interactive discussion+mind mapping teaching to Rain Classroom+Tencent Meeting teaching. In order to further adapt to the requirements of online teaching, teachers need to gather advantageous resources, integrate course content, optimize teaching plans, improve teaching quality and effectiveness, and provide a path for building a “golden course” in tumor therapy.
