| 摘要：伴随着全面建成小康社会，我国迈入了共同富裕建设的新阶段，残疾人只有平等地融入社会，实现有体面、有尊严、高质量的就业，才能在精神和物质上都有获得感，最终实现共同富裕。本文深入研究特殊职业教育及残疾人就业的国内外现状，指出特殊职业教育存在的问题，进而提出发展特殊职业教育的对策和建议，并对未来发展进行展望。 |

| Abstract: With the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects, China has entered a new stage of common prosperity construction. Only by integrating into society on an equal footing and achieving decent, digniffed and high-quality employment can people with disabilities have a sense of gain both spiritually and materially, and ultimately achieve common prosperity. This article conducts an in-depth study on the current situation of special vocational education and the employment of people with disabilities both at home and abroad, points out the problems existing in special vocational education, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of special vocational education, and looks forward to its future development. |
