| 摘要:医学教育正经历从传统模式向智能化、数据化转型的关键阶段。人工智能(AI)与大数据技术的深度融合,正在重塑医学知识传递、临床技能训练、个性化学习路径设计以及医疗决策支持等核心环节。此文探讨了人工智能与大数据在医学教育中的赋能作用并指出其面临的数据质量与安全、公平与法律等问题;在此基础上提出了加强数据管理、完善规范、推动技术创新、强化教师培训等应对策略,旨在为医学人才培养提供支撑与指引。 |

| Intelligent transformation of medical education: innovations and challenges driven by artiffcial intelligence and big data |

| Abstract: Medical education is undergoing a critical transition from traditional paradigms to intelligent and data-driven models. The deep integration of artiffcial intelligence (AI) and big data technologies is reshaping core components of medical training, including knowledge dissemination, clinical skill development, personalized learning pathway design,and clinical decision-mak-ingsupport. This article analyzes the empowering role of AI and big data in medical education while identifying emerging chal-lengessuch as data quality assurance, security risks, equity concerns,and legal compliance issues. Corresponding strategies are proposed to address these challenges through enhanced data governance,improved regulatory frameworks, accelerated techno-logicalinnovation,and comprehensive educator training programs.These recommendations aim to establish a robust foundation for cultivating medical professionals equipped to navigate the evolving landscape of intelligent healthcare education. |
