数字化时代创新创业教育人力资源素养培养研究 |

| 摘要：数字化进入新时代，其浪潮席卷全球。凭借着创新创业教育的发展，经济发展迅速，关于人力资源素养的研究也成为了不可或缺的重要话题。本研究着重关注数字化时代创新创业教育中的人力资源素养培养的问题，希望深入分析其内涵、意义以及培养的方法。本文将会通过文献调查的方法，整理分析当下数字化时代人力资源需要培养的重要素质。尽管教育机构积极响应国家政策对人力资源进行培养，但在创新创业教育领域依旧存在一些不足，例如所培养课程与实际情况脱节、缺乏人力资源实践经验等。本研究对于加强数字化创新创业教育、提高对人力资源素质培养的重视，进而推进创新创业活动的进行存在重要的理论意义，为为当下数字化时代创新创业教育中的人力资源培养研究提供了参考。 |

| Abstract: The digital era has entered a new phase, with its wave sweeping across the globe. Driven by the development of inno-vationand entrepreneurship education, the economy has grown rapidly, and research on human resource literacy has become an indispensable and crucial topic. This study focuses on the issue of human resource literacy cultivation in innovation and entre-preneurshipeducation in the digital age, aiming to conduct an in-depth analysis of its connotation, signiffcance, and cultivation methods. By adopting the literature research method, this paper sorts out and analyzes the key literacy that human resources need to develop in the current digital age. Although educational institutions have actively responded to national policies to cul-tivatehuman resources, there are still some deffciencies in the ffeld of innovation and entrepreneurship education, such as the disconnection between the offered courses and practical situations, and the lack of practical experience in human resources. This study holds important theoretical signiffcance for strengthening digital innovation and entrepreneurship education, enhancing the emphasis on human resource literacy cultivation, and thereby promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship activities. It also provides a reference for the current research on human resource cultivation in innovation and entrepreneurship education in the digital age. |
