人工智能赋能下教育行业人力资源管理模式的创新路径与实践研究

摘要:随着人工智能技术在教育领域的深度渗透,教育行业人力资源管理正面临从传统行政化管理向数据驱动的智能化管理转型。本文基于人力资源管理理论与技术赋能视角,分析人工智能对教育行业人力资源规划、招聘配置、培训开发、绩效管理等模块的变革作用,结合典型实践案例,提出“技术工具流程重构价值升级”三维创新路径:在工具层面搭建智能化管理平台,在流程层面实现“人机协同”的管理闭环,在价值层面推动人力资源管理从“事务服务”向“战略支撑”转型。研究旨在为教育机构借助人工智能提升人力资源管理效能提供理论参考与实践指引。

Research on the Innovative Path and Practice of Human Resource Management Mode in the Education Industry Empowered by Artiffcial Intelligence

Abstract: With the deep penetration of artiffcial intelligence technology in the ffeld of education, human resource management in the education industry is facing a transformation from traditional administrative management to data-driven intelligent man-agement.Based on the theory of human resource management and the perspective of technological empowerment, this article analyzes the transformative role of artiffcial intelligence in human resource planning, recruitment conffguration, training and de-velopment,performance management and other modules in the education industry. Combining typical practical cases, it proposes a three-dimensional innovative path of "technological tool process reconstruction and value upgrading": building an intelligent management platform at the tool level, realizing a "human-machine collaboration" management loop at the process level, and promoting the transformation of human resource management from "transactional services" to "strategic support" at the value level. The research aims to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for educational institutions to enhance human resource management efffciency through the use of artiffcial intelligence.
