“互联网+”时代高校辅导员职业道德修养的提升路径研究

摘要:本文以“互联网+”时代高校辅导员职业道德修养为研究对象,探讨其在网络环境下所面临的新挑战及提升路径。通过分析当前高校辅导员职业道德建设的现状及存在问题,提出从制度建设、教育培训、技术赋能、评价机制等多维度提升辅导员职业道德修养的策略。研究表明,在数字化浪潮冲击下,高校辅导员职业道德修养面临价值多元化、工作方式变革、师生关系重构等多重挑战,需要通过构建“线上+线下”融合的职业道德培养体系、完善网络行为规范、创新评价激励机制等途径实现提升。文章最后对“互联网+”时代辅导员职业道德建设的发展趋势进行了展望,为相关研究和实践提供参考。

Research on the Improvement Path of Professional Ethics for College Counselors in the “Internet+” Era

Abstract:This paper focuses on the professional ethics of college counselors in the “Internet+” era, exploring the new chal-lengesthey face in the digital environment and potential improvement paths. By analyzing the current status and existing issues in the professional ethics development of college counselors, the study proposes multidimensional strategies for enhancement, including institutional development, education and training, technological empowerment, and evaluation mechanisms. Research indicates that under the impact of digitalization, counselors’ professional ethics face multiple challenges, such as value pluralism, changes in work methods, and the redeffnition of teacher-student relationships. To address these challenges, it is necessary to establish an integrated “online + offfine” professional ethics training system, reffne online behavioral norms, and innovate incen-tivemechanisms. The paper concludes with a forward-looking discussion on the development trends of counselors’ professional ethics in the “Internet+” era, providing references for related research and practice.
